Growing up in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Malawi, and Switzerland had a profound impact on my life in terms of the North-South divide, and that influence has continued to resonate throughout my young adulthood and into the present day.

With the founding of the intentional community Herzfeld Sennrüti I began to take a greater interest in my processes as a couple, an individual and as a community. In doing so, I came across Process Oriented Psychology (Process Work) according to Arnold Mindell.

Professionally I work in youth work and today I accompany people, couples and groups in conflict situations, in important concerns or life issues.
