Couples Counseling – From Conflict to Connection – in St. Gallen
What makes it unique is the basic assumption that problems, symptoms, or conflicts do not arise by chance, but rather serve as “messengers” of a deeper process that Mindell calls the “dream process.”
As a couple, you no longer feel connected to the magic of your relationship; you have doubts, you’re constantly butting heads, you feel powerless, your arguments have turned physical, she or he has been unfaithful, has fallen in love with someone else, your sex life has fizzled out, or your relationship is—or seems to be—coming to an end…

Paar- und Eheberatung in St. Gallen
I guide couples and individuals through the conflict resolution process. The goal is not to determine who is “right,” but to understand the full context of the conflict. Together, we explore:
- The manifest level: What is being said loud and clear?
- The hidden layer: What feelings, physical sensations, or unspoken messages lie beneath?
- The collective level: How does the conflict affect the entire system?
Meine Begleitung hilft Ihnen
- To better recognize your own “signals” during a conflict.
- To better understand the other person's perspective (and that of the conflict itself).
- Finding new, more creative forms of communication that go beyond the usual.
- To foster a deeper connection by becoming more aware of the repressed aspects on the “periphery” and integrating them into the relationship.

The goal is a deeper connection in which both partners learn to accept their own and each other’s “shadow sides” and differences. To embrace change and shape the relationship as a space for the full range of human potential.
We focus on the “here and now” and observe how unconscious dynamics manifest themselves in body language, dreams, or conversation. Instead of defending our positions, we invite you to also consider the perspective of the conflict or your partner in order to expand our shared awareness.
A central element is working with the “light” (the desired, the conscious) and the “heavy” (the repressed, the painful), recognizing that both aspects are necessary for growth.
