Creating space for profound change
In a world often characterized by superficial solutions and quick fixes, we are increasingly seeking ways to understand the depth of human experience. My work as a process facilitator and conflict mediator provides a safe space where challenges and conflicts are viewed not as obstacles, but as opportunities for growth. My approach is grounded in the work of Arnold Mindell and “Process Work” (also known as “Dreaming” or “Process Mind”).

Couples Counseling, Family, Organizations, Individual Counseling and Community

According to Arnold Mindell, every system—whether a couple, a family, or a group—is intelligent and strives for balance. Conflicts often arise when important but repressed aspects of a situation (on the “periphery”) are marginalized. My role is to bring these hidden dynamics to light and help those involved rediscover their own “inner wisdom.”
